Erik has been a big help with the remodel. Kent and him were taking down the upper cabinets so we can start getting ready for the sheet rockers.
It's very strange taking down the cabinets.
Here is where the ceiling will go up a bit and the smaller can lights as well as the pendant lights that will hang over the island.

wow you guys are busy bees. This is a most newsworthy blog - when you aren't tearing apart your house you are out and about saving people on the freeway. Amauri was so fortunate that you were there to help. I will check back to hear if he is doing okay.
